If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Plants and sale items are final sale. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
